The punching head has a combination of 58 stations and the modes of operations include punching, forming, notching, shearing, louvering, cutting etc. The sheet metal shop has CNC Press Brake for bending intricate profiles and CNC shearing for precise cutting in mass production.

Coil production shop is equipped with modern high speed automated machines imported from reputed machine manufacturers in Europe.

With all the advanced machines, the installed capacity of the shop meets the requirements of the customers, there by enhancing their satisfaction.

The brazing operation of the coils is performed by well trained and qualified personnel. The material for brazing is being imported directly from the renowned suppliers, thereby eliminating the possible cause of field failure when the coils are in operation.
